Q: Do you offer a mobile service?
A: yes, I do offer a mobile service, however on some occasions there will be a minimum booking requirements for home visits.
Q: How can i pay for my treatment?
A: I accept Cash, Credit Cards & Debit Cards
Q: Do I need to have a trial?
A: If you are unsure of what style of makeup you would like for you special occasion, I would recommend that you have a trial.
For hair up and Camouflage bookings you will need a trial, as i will be unable to take wedding day or special occasion bookings without one due to the nature of the treatments.
Q: If I don't have a trial, can we play around with makeup styles of the day of my wedding?
A: Unfortunately Natalie will not have have time on the day to do multiple looks. If you have not booked a trial you will be booked in for 1 hour & 20 mins and only one makeup application will be done. Natalie will only be able to make minor adjustments during your apt time.
If you require more time with Natalie to achieve your makeup look, there would be an additional charge of £25 p/h.
Q: I have had a trial for hair/makeup or both, can I change my mind on the day of the wedding/special occasion to what I want?
A: Unfortunately if you change your mind and want to change the style of your hair or makeup you will need to have another trial before the event. On the day of the wedding/special occasion we will only bring what we need based on what was agreed at the trial. Any time spent over your agreed booking time doing alterations will be billed at
Q: How do i secure my trial session?
A: A 50% non refundable booking secures your trial session & the remainder amount can be paid before your trial starts.
Q: Does the trial session secure my wedding day?
A: To secure your wedding day I would require a separate non refundable booking fee, as wedding day bookings are on a first come bases.
Q: Can I pay for my wedding/special occasion on the day?
A: Unfortunately I'am unable accept payments on the day.I must receive a non 50% refundable booking to secure your booking no later that 3 working days after your trial and the remainder amount must be received no later than one after your initial deposit. If you are NOT having a trial or your wedding is less than 8 weeks away the full amount MUST be paid within 3 days of your initial booking.
Q: If a member of my bridal party on the wedding day would like hair or makeup, but they are not booked in, could you fit them in?
A: I will always try & fit additional people in for treatments, however this all depends whether or not I enough time & what commitments have after your booking. Please do not be offended if I say no!
If I can fit additional treatments I would require payment up front by cash.
